Every artwork is carefully packaged and shipped with full insurance. Your satisfaction is my priority.
Domestic shipping (Australia)
Standard shipping
- Delivery time: 3-7 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on size and location
- Carrier: Australia Post or TNT
- Tracking: Provided for all shipments
Express shipping
- Delivery time: 1-3 business days
- Cost: Available at checkout
- Carrier: TNT Express
Free shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $2,000 within Australia.
International shipping
I ship worldwide! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and artwork size.
Delivery times (from dispatch)
- New Zealand: 5-10 business days
- USA & Canada: 10-15 business days
- UK & Europe: 10-21 business days
- Asia: 7-14 business days
Customs & duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.
All international shipments are marked with accurate values and cannot be marked as "gift" to avoid customs fees.
Packaging
Every artwork receives careful, professional packaging:
- Wrapped in acid-free paper to protect the surface
- Protected with bubble wrap
- Placed in a custom-sized cardboard box
- Reinforced with corner protectors
- Sealed and clearly labelled "FRAGILE - ARTWORK"
Triptychs
Three-panel triptychs are packaged with each panel individually wrapped and protected, then secured together in a custom box. Installation instructions are included.
Large works
Artworks over 95cm in any dimension may be crated for additional protection. Crating fees (if applicable) will be communicated before shipping.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for their complete value.
Processing time
In-stock items: Orders for available artworks are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Made-to-order items: Some prints and special items may require 5-7 business days for production before shipping.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your shipment online
Local pickup
Local customers in the Byron Shire area are welcome to arrange pickup from my studio in Brunswick Heads. Please select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll coordinate a time.

Damaged or lost shipments
All shipments are insured. If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Do not discard packaging: Keep all packaging materials
- Photograph everything: Take photos of the box, packaging, and damage
- Contact me immediately: Within 48 hours of delivery - email info@tanyaogilviewhiteartist.com with photos
- I'll try to resolve it: I'll work with the carrier and insurance companies to arrange a refund
Important: Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be covered by insurance.
